The crew tries to make sense of all the information they have gathered so far and makes their own investigation cork board to try and connect the dots. Through Joe, they attend a board meeting of the Public Retribution Society, learn that the mayor assination was not supposed to be deadly for Adriano Julianis and end up encountering a familiar Fedora wearing figure who seemed very keen in making sure they stop meddling with the current situation.
